After heating, the red indicator level doesn’t rise

(1).The lid is not correctly closed

(2). The gasket is not correctly in place or is dirty.

(3). The sealing gasket is damaged.

(4).The pressure control valve is not in place.

(1)Check and reclose the lid.

(2)Turn on the heat.

(3)Wash or replace the gasket.

(4)Check and put suitable liquid into it.

After heating, there is sound from the limited valve, but no steamer comes out.

(1)The limited valve is blocked.

(2)The releasing valve is blocked.

(3)It is dry cooking.

(4)The stove dips.

(1)Clean the dirty.

(2)Clean the dirty by slender stick.

(3)Add some liquid.

(4)Flat the stove.

Steamer comes out the safety valve

(1)Escape pipe is blocked.

(2)Too much food in the body.

(3)Heat power is too large

(1)Clean the dirty.

(2)Decrease the food and reheat.

(3)Decrease the power.

Steam is escaping from the rim of the body

(1).The lid is not correctly closed.

(2).The gasket is not correctly in place or is dirty.

(2).Wash gasket and put in place.

Open-close lid is not flexible

(1)The gasket is not suitable.

(2)The red indicator of the limited valve has not falling down.

(3)You overexert when you open or close lid,the stop-open piece is damaged.

(1)Replace same size original-produced gasket.

(2)Waiting for the red indicator falling down.

(3)Never overexert ,is something stop, please analysis the cause and fix by the professional person.


1.This series pressure cooker can be only used for familial cooking ,not for other purposes. Please don’t use pressure cooker if the the person don’t know how to use it or not just a kid. It should be guarded when you use it. Please use the pressure cooker out of the reach of children for safety.


2.Please don't touch the uncovered high-temperature metal surface directly.


3.Using pressure cooker to boil the liquid, the boiling point is bellow 120℃and emit large amount of steam ,such as water, broth, juice, and so on.


4. You’d better not to use pressure cookers cooking apple juice, Simi, cereals, seaweed, beans, and so on. Because they are easily lead to bubbling, splashing. They maybe block the pressure cooker to release the food .If you have to cook them, please inspect the process frequently or an accident will be happened


5.Before using pressure cooker ,please make sure pressure control, open-close valve, sealing gasket, anti-mud nut, lid, cooker body are clean, no sundries and greasy dirt .


6. Don’t add soda in cooker to boil directly.And please don’t not use excessive amount of oil and wine.


7. Pressure cookers should be used on a stable stove appliances. When heating the surface of electric stove, the diameter of stove should be smaller than the bottom of pressure cooker.And keep flame away form the surface of stove.


8. Anything loading on the pressure limiting valve is forbidden.


9. Don’t use pressure cooker to deep fry food in great pressure condition for avoiding burn out the cooker and no water in the it. And it can enlarge the life of cooker.


10. When the steam get out from open-close valve. You should immediately turn off the fire source checking why it happen .Then you can use it after eliminating trouble.


11 .Be careful, when you move the high temperature liquid. Keep the bottom of cooker parallel with the ground.Pushing, colliding is not allowed.


12. Loading water in pressure cookers, the biggest capacity no more than 1/2 of cooker.When cook rice, vegetables, beans ,the pot volume no more than 1 /3 of cooker.


13.Don’t open the lid when cooker have pressure and heating the cooker is not allowed when the mouth of cooker can’t be covered in right position.


14. Don’t put salt , alkali, sugar, vinegar and water left by cooking so on for a long time. Please keep it clean and dry after using it .


15.The pressure cookers is a pressurized containers while working. Please check the release device is blocked or not, or else please clears it smoothly on time.
